Job Description

1.    Manpower Budget Planning and Monitoring – Ensure that at all times the business is correctly staffed by the right no. of people qualified for their respective jobs and to effectively monitor the manpower expenditures within the framework of the Budget.
2.    Track Manpower Cost in relation to Variable Pay, contingent manpower and red flag if vendor commitment is not fulfilled.  
3.    Recruitment and Selection of Employees – Through Job Analysis and Job Designing aid the recruitment and selection of employees for the organization. Negotiate with the best-in-class Recruitment agencies to meet the staffing requirements of the business within tight deadlines to ensure that the Organization attracts the best talent in the most cost-effective manner. Innovate new methods of sourcing of candidates to enable effective recruitment and selection process
4.    Employee Motivation – To retain good staff and to keep their morale high for them to give of their best at work. This will include training programs and personal development planning.  
5.    Performance Management System – To drive the PM System down the organization and enforce the culture of ‘Pay for Performance’. To use the performance Assessment as a tool to improve performance of the organization, to identify potential and to provide an equitable method of linking performance with pay – 1.5 hrs
6.    Labour Relations – To keep abreast with the UAR Labour Law and to advise the managers about their responsibilities. To devise policies and procedures that are in line with the Labour Law. To correct situations when they go wrong
7.    Employee services – Pay keen attention to the mental and physical well-being of the staff. To handle Employee Grievances in a FOCE way. Resolve day-to-day employee problems and issues.
8.    Ensure compliance to the Policies and Procedures of the Organization and to maintain the service quality standards of the Group by engaging the services of the most professional and cost-effective suppliers to provide employee benefits.
9.    Employee training/development and education – To identify and provide employees with adequate training on attitude, knowledge and skill pattern to perform better in their jobs and raise efficiency and standards of performance and to develop high potential employees to undertake high grade jobs. Hire the services of training consultants that provide the ‘best value for money’ ensuring that the training is aligned to individual and business performance
10.    Oversee and coordinate to maintain the departmental reports and records in an organised manner
11.    To ensure accomplishment of overall departmental Objectives
12.    Recommend, implement and administer methods and procedures to enhance HR operations

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals
Knowledge of computerized information systems used in Human Resources applications

  • Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
